Malignant Phyllodes Tumour in a 17-Year Old Female: A Case Report

ABSTRACT

Phyllodes tumours are not common fibroepithelial tumours accounting for 0.3 to 0.5% of all breast malignancies. Its occurrence in children is rare. In this paper, is a presentation of a report on a 17-year-old girl with a phyllodes tumour. The rare presentation and short time of progression from benign diagnosis to a malignant diagnosis are what makes the case important.
